Hello, and a Million Welcomes! I'm so glad we've found each other.

Now that you're here, I'd like to ask you a question...

Do You Know How Incredible You Are?

I do. I believe we all are. I believe that’s how we are born and that if at any point in our lives we don’t feel like that about ourselves, then it’s simply because we’ve ‘fallen off’ our path towards self-actualisation.

Self-Actualisation

Self-actualisation is defined in the Oxford dictionary as ‘the realisation or fulfilment of one’s talents and potentialities, especially considered as a drive or need present in everyone’.

Interesting thought that we are born with an innate desire to fulfil our potential, isn’t it? Yet, how many of us will be able to confidently say at the end of our life that we did that?

How many of us can honestly say we are the best version of ourselves that we can be? That we are living the life of our dreams with careers we love surrounded in healthy fulfilling relationships? That we feel great about who we are? That we feel truly happy?

Happiness is a trending subject at the moment for the very reason that we’re starting to wake up and realise that we aren’t feeling happy enough.  We aren’t making the most of our lives and in so many respects we’re settling for what we have. This is the opposite to reaching our potential! No wonder so many of us don’t feel happy!

Happiness is Fulfilment

And fulfilment lies in becoming self-actualised. That’s what I help people do.

Self-actualisation begins with a journey of self-discovery which blossoms into a place of expanded belief in yourself. Self-belief is an absolutely critical part to creating a life that you love. Dr Maxwell Maltz, an absolute leader in the field of self-discovery, said “A person cannot rise above how he sees himself”.

And so I come back to my question – Do you know how incredible you are?

How do you see yourself? What kind of life do you believe you deserve?

Self-actualisation brings with it a deep seated feeling of purpose, satisfaction and happiness. It brings with it a level of self-confidence, not conceited or proud, but that is grounded and attractive. And it enables you to create abundance in all areas of your life.

One of the keystones for my work is the principle of ‘pronoia’. I believe that the universe is conspiring for good in our lives; that it ‘has our back’. This isn’t a religious principle, but faith, (in whatever form works for you) is a beneficial force for self-actualisation work.

There’s a section on my website dedicated to this, called Law of Attraction, if you’re interested in learning more.

If you’ve ended up here because you’re learning to master the Law of Attraction, this work goes hand in hand. We can have everything we want in life, but as well as being brave enough to take full responsibility for ourselves, we also need to believe we are worthy of receiving what we wish for. That’s huge!

I hope you enjoy reading on. Please explore my blog and feel free to say hi. I would love to hear from you!
